Jesus confirmed that the words spoken by Daniel are true.
In Daniel’s “spoken” words, he referred to a critical prophetic event that will occur inside God’s temple. That event will trigger the final three and a half years of mankind’s failed attempt to rule the world.
Jesus told his disciples that the words of Daniel were true. And, following Jesus’ affirmation of Daniel, Paul gave us a third witness. As spoken by the prophet Daniel, we will see a third temple in the city of Jerusalem. The third temple in Jerusalem is one of the most important signs that Christians should anticipate as the final days unfold. But, if three witnesses are not enough, the Apostle John gave us further details regarding the third temple in Jerusalem. We find those additional details in the final book of the Bible. The Abomination of desolation, as spoken of by Daniel, will occur. Meaning, that it is yet a future event. A rebuilt temple, in the city of Jerusalem, is a prerequisite in order for this prophecy to come about.
Spoken about in the Word…but when?
So, as of now, the world is not yet ready for the end of days. More things must happen before the end-of-days scenarios are ready to unfold. Granted, things are getting a little challenging. To say the least.
But, as I write these words, it is still far too early. Jesus did not encourage Christians to look for dates. He didn’t suggest we should look for eclipses. When he spoke about wars, earthquakes, and famines, he provided a clear warning. He told his disciples to beware of deceptive events and false signs. We have been distracted by the things Jesus told us to be aware of.
He told us. Giving us advance warning. But, as is our nature, we didn’t pay close attention to his words.

Rebuilding the Third Temple
While our attention is being drawn to wearing masks and social distancing and upcoming vaccines, there is a much closer sign of the Lord’s return about to happen – the rebuilding of the 3rd Temple in Israel.

What is the 3rd temple in the Bible?
The Third Temple (Hebrew: בית המקדש השלישי, Beit haMikdash haShlishi, literally: The House, the Holy, the Third) would be the third Jewish Temple in Jerusalem, after Solomon’s Temple and the rebuilt Second Temple.
The too-early signs of the End of the Age
Matthew 24: 5-7 (These are the wrong signs to look for.)
5 For many will come in My name, claiming, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.
6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. These things must happen, but the end is still to come.
7 Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places
Daniel wrote about a key event. Several Old Testament prophets confirmed what Daniel saw in his dreams and visions. Then the New Testament writers added to their words. What Daniel saw, and had confirmed by angelic witnesses, will take place in the coming years.
Expect it.

One day before Jesus hung on a cross, he stood on the Mount of Olives. The disciples asked him three questions. He gave them a detailed answer to all three. In his answer, Jesus warned about the abomination of desolation. That “desolation” will occur in the Holy Place. The Holy Place is only found in one place. Inside the temple of God. The Jewish people will rebuild their temple and restart the temple sacrifices. Then, and only then, the world will be ready for the end of days to begin.

White Stone Watcher
Hello readers,
I have served as a children and youth pastor for over three decades. It was a great honor and pleasure to serve the Lord in that way. It has been my prayer, that many of them will learn of Jesus’ love and decide to commit their lives to follow Him.
I wrote the fiction story, ‘White Stone Watcher’ for them and their parents. In the story, we see a young man, and his best friend, Amanda. They face the normal challenges that today’s kids face at school. But with one huge difference.
Their challenge is twelve feet tall to be exact with an enormous set of six wings. Just like the prophet Isaiah saw in the throne room of God. He is a Watcher, an angelic being who is still invisible to Amanda. The messenger from God is about to lead both on a spiritual journey. They find they cannot escape the unseen war that rages all around them. They will become key players that God will use in the battle between the Sons of Darkness and the Children of Light.
I invite you to pray about a youth who might enjoy and benefit from this story. As the world grows darker, our youth must become aware that the Lord is calling them to join the Children of Light in the fight for what is righteous. We are all involved, whether we realize it or not. If they do not go to church, maybe they will read a book about someone just like them facing challenges at school.
God is calling them.
Praying for the youth, and a great awakening.
