In the latter days, Turkey will lead a storm of nations.
The coming storm of nations has long been prophesied. Although the warnings have echoed loudly through the centuries, still, it will appear to rise up suddenly. And when it does, many nations will tremble under the crushing power of the military onslaught. And of course, on the battlefields of Israel is where the rage of war will be fought the hardest. The newly reborn Jewish nation has vowed to always remember the horrors of Hitler’s Holocaust. But a new Hitler-mimic will arise. And this new Hitler will stir up a deep-seated rage against the Jewish nation. Because, as much as the Jews vow to never let another Holocaust happen, their enemies are equally determined that a greater Holocaust will occur. The enemies of Israel seek to destroy the nation and every Jew who dares to breathe free air. These are sad but unmistakably true facts. Love is a beautiful emotion. And the world could certainly use as much of it as it can get. But, despite the need for more love… well, hate…hate is relentless.

Only God can stop it. And he will. But before He does, there will be more war. God’s enemies will make sure of that.
The final wars have been prophesied for many millennia. This coming war machine cannot be stopped. In fact, the Lord Almighty will help bring this machine of death and destruction to Israel. The Lord will put hooks in the jaws of the leader of the machine. God will tug hard on the hooks, pulling Gog into the final battle with Israel. Gog knows his final destiny. He knows his story ends on the battlefields of Israel. He will inhabit the soul-less body of the Antichrist. Satan will take the shell of a Judas want-to-be and commit a final act of betrayal. But Gog, the Antichrist, the Hitler-mimic will die in battle against the Lord’s armies.
Then there will be peace
When the Lord kills the Antichrist, much like we saw in the epic battle scenes of “The Return of the King” in the “Lord of the Rings” series, the last enemies will be quickly subdued. Then the cleanup will get underway. And beyond that, unmatched, never before seen, peace on earth. To begin with, as the prophets told us, there will be one thousand years of peace. The Lord will reign from His throne in Jerusalem.
Before this beautiful storybook ending can happen, the human race will embark on one final attempt to overthrow the rule of God. And of course, Satan will lead humanity in that final attempt.
The nation of Turkey is positioning itself to take the center stage in the final battles. They are currently forming a coalition of nation-states that will form the final beast-kingdom. The one Daniel prophesied.
Only the Father in heaven knows the timeline. But it should chill the bones of every alert believer to see what Turkish leadership is doing right now.
