The Nation of Turkey is in the news. That will continue until THE END.
Is there a reason why the Nation of Turkey is in the news again? Could it be true that they really do have an important role in the last days? The answer to both questions is yes. They have been overlooked by many people in the field of Bible prophecy. They will be hard to ignore over the next several years. The leadership in Turkey has openly defied the leaders in Europe. Now they are taking aim at the United States. They expect to be the leaders of all Muslim nations by the year 2023.
Are they wrong? I think they are right and the Bible points us to that fact.
In the Book of Revelation, the Apostle John brings together images, verses, and biblical passages from the Old Testament in order to construct the final events before and after the return of Christ.
John saw visions and heard angels and the Lord himself as the final pictures were brought into focus. John was in exile on the island of Patmos when the visions came to him. The island is off the mainland of Turkey. The nation of Turkey and the Nation of Israel are two of the primary nations of interest in John’s depiction of the last day’s events. The nation could be the initial residence of the Antichrist.
Turkey will rise to greater power as it approaches a historic milestone in the year2023.
